MILDECA (France)
Founded in 1982, and reporting to the Prime Minister, The MILDECA (Interministerial Mission for Combating Drugs and Addictive Behaviours) has the task of organising and coordinating the State’s activities regarding the fight against drugs and drug addiction, particularly in areas such as the monitoring, research and prevention of drug use, the treatment and reintegration of drug users and finally, the provision of training for those involved in the fight against drugs.
