Financial commitments to the second joint call

The United Kingdom

The United Kingdom has confirmed its financial commitment to the second ERANID joint transnational call. The Department of Health has confirmed its participation in the ERANID second call, with a funding of up to £ 250.000 over 3 years from 2017. One to three proposals with UK partners will be envisaged.

The Scottish Government
The Scottish Government has made £ 25.000 available for the second joint call.

The Belgian government is willing to commit a budget of € 500.000 in the second Joint call of ERANID. Each Belgian partner participating in a proposal from a research consortium can apply up to € 250.000 which ensures that Belgium can fund 2, and possibly 3, projects in this call. The budget is drawn from the Federal Research Programme Drugs that is managed by BELSPO. Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek Vlaanderen (FWO) commits another € 200.000.

The Netherlands
The Dutch Ministry of Health confirmed to fund a total of € 700.000 for the second call. Dutch partners can each apply for a maximum of € 175.000.

The department for Anti-Drug Policies of the Presidency of the council of Ministers of Italy has made a budget of € 500.000 available for this call. A maximum of € 100.000 is determined for each proposal.

The French Interministerial Mission for Combating Drugs and Addictive Behaviours has confirmed an amount of € 300.000 that can be allocated over the period 2016/2017/2018. Requested budget per French organisation shall not exceed € 150.000.

The Portuguese government has committed itself to fund €200.000. Each Portuguese partner can apply for € 50.000 per proposal.
